Annoying Life Quotes That are Probably True

You've heard quotes like these:

  • Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine.
    - Anthony J. D'Angelo
  • Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.
    - Winston Churchill
  • Every day may not be good, but there's something good in every day.
    - Author Unknown
  • The only disability in life is a bad attitude.
    - Scott Hamilton
...And then you get really annoyed 'cause you think, "What the crap do THEY know?" They don't know what's going on in your life. THEY don't have more flair ups and sickness more than days where they feel completely fine (when was that??).

Of course they don't! What do you think they are, psychic? Mind readers? No. What they are here for are to give hope and a little slice of happiness to those who don't have much.

Have you ever thought, maybe they don't know what's going on in your life, but THEY might have experience in sickness and worry. Of course you didn't. We are too worried about our own problems than anybody else.

I have days like this all the time. Like, today. I had to start steroids last night AGAIN for the fourth time in less than a year, and it's really buggin'. I gain too much weight, I can barely walk up the stairs, I need help taking showers, I'm sweaty, mad at the world, lacking in sleep, Blah Blah Blah.

Grow up, Sarah. There are a lot of people in the world who have worse problems in the world. Heck, there are people who have the same problems as me who are worse off.

Before you start to feel guilty, don't. We are allowed to have our off days. We can be mad at the world for a day or so, but then get off your but (if you can) and decide to not be depressed. We don't have to be happy ALL the time. Just don't let life drag you down. Be positive! Be happy (when you can;personally, I find it hard to be happy when I have a needle shoved into my skin)! Be grateful for the little things.

I'm grateful that I don't have to take my shots when I'm on the steroids. I'm glad I'm at home all the time so I don't have to stress about going to school and get up way to early. It doesn't have to be big, but think positive, because you'll at least feel a little better than if your droopy and negative all the time.
